Hi Kostas,

Thanks for applying to Real Men Wear Pink.
As you maybe know, maybe not know is that RMWP is an Social raiding guild. This basically means that we not only care about raiding but also the social aspects in the guild. You're not telling a lot about you're self in your apply. So i wanna give u an other change to tell a bit more about yourself.
I do wanna ask you a few things:
I see you are playing a half year World of Warcraft at the moment, How did you start to play? Did you play an other game before?

What do u find important in an guild except raiding?

At the moment we've a lot of tanks and as you maybe have seen is that for the most cata raids there's only 1 or 2 tanks needed. I see you're spec is Prot and Retri. If you get invited into the guild this means that you're main spec should be Retri. Would you mind being retribution as mainspec? (This means also that you should spend your Valor points on DPS gear).

One last question:
Do u wear pink in real life?

I'll just chip in here if I may;

The 3 missing glyphs are not a huge issue as paladin minor glyphs are just 50% mana reduction on buffs like BoM/BoK, however I think his prime/major glyphs could be optimised. Judgement doesn't do enough damage to warrant glyping in my opinion, hammer of justice is a PVP glyph as far as I'm concerned and consecration is used VERY rarely, if at all... certainly not worth using a glyph on. Glyphing rebuke is also a waste in my opinion because the mana cost is minimal and not all fights need interrupts anyway. Hammer of wrath on the other hand has quite a high mana cost and is used consistently with Retadin cool-downs, so glyphing that saves a lot of mana.

He needs to reforge as much haste and crit as possible to reach 26 expertise and 8% hit. Hit and expertise enchants are available but strength/mastery are optimal, gemming for hit or expertise is sub-optimal.

For gemming, nothing comes close to +40 strength gems, however they can be quite expensive so it's understandable if he uses place-holder gems. That being said gemming +60 stamina as a dps is just a total waste of a gem and a slot.

Ok ive look over the app and the gear and tbh seems abit lazy imo.

If your a main spec tank im sorry but full on prot pallys in the guild however like Scarlie said if your willing to spend your valor points points on DPS gear and share some infomation about yourself then ill cast my vote.
