We will look over it and decide. I dont give yes/no's to Melee as i dont understand the stats.
The Officers with mroe Melee savvy will post replys here and to need 2 yes's to get in.

I give the ok for this app now. We are a Raiding guild and will help you with your gear as long as you are willing to put the hard work in. I may not know about melee but i can see you need a few Kara runs.

Gear is ok for starting raids in Kara.
A bit (very) low on hitrating, but that can be helped on the way with some re-gemming, food and enchants.
Also I would recommend taking points in Precision at least for raids...
Spec is classic PvP (shadowstep), and as I've said many times before:
Shadowstep may perform well in heroics and normal instances, and to some extent on trashmobs in raids... But is not valid for bossfights, because of its poor sustained dps. So I would recommend a respec for raiding into one of the valid raidspecs. (Combat or Muti)
A combatspec will be better, but just remember, combatspecs require high hitrating (close to or on hitcap) to really shine!
But all of this is things that can be easily changed! What I really care about is getting nice and friendly people to our guild! Since you already have friends here, I vote for giving you a trial!

You have bow been added to the guild Roster. find you character and Hit Claim to start signing for Raids.
You will also find a very interesting post called RogueCraft in the Melee DPS section of the L2Play forums written by Raia. A must read for Raiding Rogues.
