We have played with him in the Naxx 10 man raids.

I feel that he is compitent, and he pays attention to tactics and is quick to grasp situations when something happens, meaning Dharog is a good healer =)

He is friendly .. form what I have gathered by speaking to him, and I like him alot.

I know that Alexm, myself and Whitemikki would like to see this person in our guild.
