New Raids Loaded

Well like dominos I am hoping that one challenged knocked down will lead to many more to follow.
This week is going to be extremely difficult. The challenge we take on this week is the only challenge in T7 NOT undertuned. Our aim is Sartharian +3! To do this every little bit counts......Firstly Focus and Attitude need to be right..If you are going to show up and get upset when we don't one shot the encounter please leave your space to someone else.

For that extra little bit guys & gals, as per the CoC, we expect every person to be in there classes best single target DPS spec, no excuses or exception pls....every point of DPS will count. If you are not sure of your classes best DPS Spec or Rotation pls say and that information can be posted for you. Also if you are changing to a spec that is slightly Alien to you do so early so you can practice and feel comfortable.

If you are asked to change spec/job for a Raid please don't take it as an insult or Dig. It is out attempt to improve the group as a whole.

And obviously, Unless asked to do so for Composition reason please be on your best geared Main character.

The task is a big ask but I personally fell that with a little practice & luck we can do this.
