Many terms have numerous connotations, it all boils down to context though.

The origins of some terms are certainly in many case vulgar but over time they creep into everyday language and can become quite innocent.

Take the term bugger ... to some may be offensive and the original meaning of the word was rude but in our country it is a harmless slang term for a silly person

The opposite also occurs where innocent words are used inappropriately and over time start having meanings other than intended.


It all boils down to context.

As you well know, Teabagging is a institution in our raids, it has nothing to do with the original terminology and is simply a fun way of gloating over someones misfortune - normally a dying through stupid mistake.

The action of jumping up and down on top of a corpse has become known as tea bagging in many online gaming circles.

Deeth just happens to be the all time master
