+heal is good enough even tho most his gear is pvp.

A tree. Nice bonus healing in PvP gear. If he has more PvE gear great but as he is showing in armory now is fine anyway.
You look like a sure bet mate. You need 2 x officers to accept application and you are in. I seriously doubt they will turn a Tree away mate so you can plant your roots on the nice grassy section at the back

The officers will keep an eye out for you in game. But you can do the same. If you see/wisp any of the below people they can INV you to guild.
