Because some has bothered to level up a craftingskill, and others was to lazy... Even if I'm not sure how this would work out, I do not see the suggestion unfair in any matter!
?yea and some professions are easy to level like Alchemy and herbalism is and some cost a hell of alot to skill up on so. As some mats are cheap to get/farm and some are not.
