Naxx 25 - Sunday April 20

Our tank is so tough he does not need tanking gear!!!



Last night was another great RMWP run on Naxx 25. As usual vent produced a number of classic moments, to many to mention in fact.

The run started of a little rockey, with a number of mistakes and a very strange wipe at Anub'Rekhan…. This of course got our normally placid and easy going Raid Leader a little grumpy. The new guys who had joined us for a first time or who did not have that much experience in Naxx faced some fine bollocking from the normally quite, shy and reserved Taker.

After that it was a clear run with us clearing 4 wings within the scheduled time – great work. A lot of newer members benefited from some great gear upgrades.

The run went so smoothly that our mighty raid leader, TheTaker, decided to do a WhiteMikki on us and tried to pull a bunch of mobs in the Military Quarter wearing his DPS gear…. Only the sharp eyes of his offtanks saved the mighty man from what would have been an embarrassing Tea Bag Moment.

The healing was brilliant from the Druids, Priests and some of the newer Pally’s…. two old time Pallies, not mentioning names, hovered so low on the healing meters that our crazy Mage, Arkanutz decided that he would take on a healing role. So armed with a bucket load of bandages he proceeded to bandage everyone in sight…… toping the healing meters for 3 seconds***

All-round great fun, brilliant to be back and exciting times lie ahead in Uldar.

*** this information was correct and can be believed if you exclude all healing classes, believe in the tooth fairy and drink copious amounts of neat rum whilst sitting in the sun.

Raided DPS in my healer set...Yes!
Raided Healer in my DPS set...Yes!
Raided DPS in a Pink dress .... Yes!
Raided DPS with a fishing rod...Yes
Raided Healer with a fishing rod...yes!
Raided with next to no Armour on in both DPS and Healer....Yes.....

Raided a Horde city in nothing but a pink dress?? HELL YES......

Ok the last 1 was intended but the rest were shall we say.....unfotunate

I suppose a little ridicule is deserved......

Heheh... Mikki you are the legend when it comes to unfortunate wardrobe choices in a raid situation so yes.... you are the benchmark.

I really enjoy writing these, the most frustrating part is trying to remember all the funny things that happen in our raids, without a doubt, RMWP members sure have character.

It is sure going to get even more interesting and fun when our old tree, Ragnor, returns next week.

I am going to have to devote entire columns to his antics.
