Above is a link to the Blizzard Authenticator. It is a cheap (6 euro) item that can be brought to make an almost impregnable layer of security for your account.
With hackers getting more inventive perhaps its time to invest?

My acc was hacked too...password was changed...but i only miss 5k golds nothing else:D hope u will get your password back soon:)
And btw...it doesn't metter if char is "Frozen in Time" or not...hacker can still withdraw stuff fromt the GB...
When Valc was hacked...Hacker withdrawed stuff from "vault"(i dont know is this good name for the last tab we have in GB) even if valcorn was Vet.Raider....and Veterans cant withdraw stuff from last tab...
