hey Kel told us about you in another post you seem to like spending time with your good man indeed 
firstly when you get to lvl 40 get duel spec and spec it frost as it will make levelling easier and better survivablity
im gonna vote yes for Casual status in the guild
you need 2 YESes or 2 NOs for the app to go further

Haha, I'm getting X factor associations now. I've been watching both the UK and the English version on the interwebs recently: "A million percent YES from me".
With two yes votes, you're now through to boot camp.
You should be able to ask any officer about an invite in game, ask Kelstena about it or use the /who Real Men Wear Pink option in game to find online members and ask for an officer.

But But But But But But ....... Leveling as Arcane at low level is good for speed kills but you run into shit to much. Like Picc says go Frost and use that pet and CC/Snares and you will die allot less.
You can go back to Arcane once you have Invis.....Insta Invis is the greatest O FUCK button from mages
