Endymon i consider leaving because the balance is gone and i have some things i dont like about a couple guildmembers. Got kicked out of raids because member they liked more can come in.

A couple of questions for you.

1. Looking at your current guilds website i see they are recruiting for an additional holy Paladin, given that there is active recruitment why is it that you are having difficulty securing a raid space...
2. Can you expand on the difficulties you are having with a "couple of guildmembers"

To be honest I have happy to give this app a YES vote. If there is a reply to Alex's questions.
For me someone who wants t ojoin a guild would monitor the App to check for any responces. Doesnt appear to be happening in this instance.

To answer your question alex i dont have any problem securing my raidspot but a coupe bad experiences with raidleader trowing people out on new bosses when they die on something that is new.including myself. I find it no problem if you change members in raid but just ask them dont just say youre out. Hopefully i answered your question
