Since my character is over 4 years old (I did have a 2 year break) i have gathered a large amount of experience in all the previous expantions including The Burning Crusade + WoTLK.
Cataclysm however i have only just started raiding having put considerable effort into my ST dps. I have completed BH and made some progress into BoT

Single handedly leveling with <Hangin With My Gnomies> 18 million experience on my one character.
Reason you want to join RMWP:
I believe that I would be a valuable asset to the guild as I think myself to be a dedicated team player that (as most people) wants to progress as far as possible in the game. Although my lack of Cataclysm raiding is obvious i am a quick learner and am willing to put the time in to self teach tactics + etc.
What are your former guilds and why did you leave/Consider Leaving?:
<Hangin With My Gnomies> Personal guild between me and a few real life friends. Im not really leaving the guild (as i have a few other characters) but would like to consider raid progression.

You're speced for fel hunter and glyphed for succubus. 
I think fel hunter does more dps after the 4.1 buffs so you should change lash of pain glyph to haunt.
